The Finance Directorate at Oxford Health encompasses several key teams that support the Trust’s financial health and operational efficiency:

Financial Services – which manages statutory reporting, capital spend, credit control, supplier payments, and cash flow.

Financial Management - which collaborates with clinicians and central teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and manage financial risks. 

Procurement -which ensures value for money through contracts and purchasing support, and Patient Finance assists patients with accessing funds and oversees petty cash. 

Business Services & Contract Management – which supports sustainable healthcare delivery, contract governance, and strategic decision-making through data insights.
