We have a great part time opportunity to join the Oxfordshire At Risk Mental State team (ARMS) based at the Slade Site, for a Team Administrator for our new and growing team.
You will be will be joining a friendly and supportive team, as well as supporting the service which provides specialist care for people who are at risk of developing a psychotic illness.
Main duties of the job
The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide a high quality of administrative service for the services key performance indicators, wider medical team, and the rest of the ARMS team to ensure efficiency in patient care and that the services required targets are being met.
- Co-ordinate team meetings and training as and when required.
- Collect and analyse data for auditing purposes.
- Resolve difficult and often emotional enquiries from clients and carers with complex needs in a sensitive manner.
