We are looking to recruit HR Business Partners to join our team!
In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to a Directorate or group of services, playing a pivotal role in delivering workforce priorities. Working collaboratively with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, and the wider HR function, you will help shape and implement people strategies that support service delivery.
As part of our continued investment in strengthening HR support across the organisation, we have expanded our HR Business Partner team. This growth has created a number of exciting opportunities, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
Interviews are provisionally scheduled for Thursday 16th July.
Main duties of the job
As a senior HR professional, you will deliver high-quality strategic and operational support across your assigned areas. Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong, effective partnerships with senior leaders to support the delivery of Directorate objectives
- Working collaboratively with trade union colleagues to promote positive employee relations
- Developing a deep understanding of service priorities and translating these into effective workforce strategies
- Identifying workforce challenges and designing targeted, impactful solutions
- Contributing to organisation-wide workforce initiatives and continuous improvement activitie
What you will bring:
- A postgraduate qualification (Master’s level) in HR Management, or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in a senior HR or workforce role within a complex organisation
- A proven ability to operate within a multi-disciplinary HR team and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Specialist knowledge of HR practice and employment law
- Strong understanding of both operational and strategic workforce issues (e.g. workforce planning, medical workforce, staff engagement)
- A quality-focused mindset, with a flexible and innovative approach to solving complex challenges
