In this role, you will work autonomously to design, deliver and facilitate high-quality OD and EDI initiatives that support culture change, leadership development and management capability. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, you will help create inclusive and engaging workplace practices that enable staff to thrive.

As part of the wider People and Culture function, you will contribute to the delivery of key priorities within the Trust's People and Culture Plan, supporting sustainable organisational development and fostering a culture where everyone feels valued, respected and able to reach their full potential.

Main duties of the job

You will work in partnership with teams across the organisation, providing specialist organisational development and equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) expertise to support our People and Culture priorities. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to influence and embed inclusive practices across a range of settings.

Working closely with senior leaders, managers and key stakeholders, you will help deliver the organisation's EDI agenda through the design, facilitation and implementation of OD initiatives that promote inclusive leadership, develop management capability and support positive culture change. Using a range of evidence-based approaches, they will provide expert advice and guidance to help create an environment where all staff feel valued, supported and able to thrive.
