Are you highly organised, proactive and motivated by delivering projects that make a real difference to staff experience and organisational culture? We are seeking a part time Programme Officer to join our People and Culture team on a secondment opportunity, supporting the delivery of key priorities within the Trust's Strategy and Culture Plan.
This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting programmes and initiatives across Organisational Development (OD), Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), Wellbeing, and Communications & Engagement. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help coordinate projects that support our people, strengthen organisational culture and contribute to positive staff experiences across the Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and prioritising a diverse workload, working across multiple projects and activities simultaneously. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining project management tools and reporting processes, supporting quality improvement initiatives, analysing data, and providing a wide range of administrative, technical and digital support.
While the role will be aligned to a specific workstream, such as OD, EDI, Wellbeing or Communications & Engagement, you will work closely with colleagues across the wider People and Culture team. This provides an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience across a range of specialist areas while contributing to the collective delivery of the Trust's Culture Plan
Main duties of the job
- Support the delivery of the Trust Strategy and Culture Plan through effective programme coordination.
- Manage and prioritise multiple projects and activities to meet organisational objectives and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain project plans, reporting tools and performance dashboards.
- Support quality improvement activities through data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Provide high-quality administrative, technical and digital support to a range of programmes and initiatives.
- Work collaboratively across OD, EDI, Wellbeing and Communications & Engagement teams to support shared goals.
- Contribute to projects that promote staff wellbeing, inclusion, engagement and positive organisational culture.
This secondment opportunity would suit someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and an interest in supporting projects that have a meaningful impact on colleagues and the wider organisation. It offers a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience, develop new skills and gain exposure to a range of People and Culture disciplines.
